    Our prices include all staff and servers needed to comfortably take care of you and your guests.  We cover all of the guest tables with white linen tablecloths and provide linen napkins for each of your guests.  Our plates are real china and our flatware is real silver. We do not charge extra for equipment.

    As you are searching for a caterer, remember to keep in mind that some caterers have additional charges for service personnel, linens, equipment, etc. 

    Nature Coast Catering provides the following items and services:
    All meals include: Coffee, Iced Tea, Water, Rolls and Butter
    • China plates, silverware, white or black linen napkins
    • One white linen cloth per table (additional cloths available for $5.00 each)
    • White table skirting and white linen toppers for buffet and beverage tables
    • Black plastic 12 oz. bowls for salad
    • Black plastic 6” plates for dessert
    • Footed plastic coffee cups with handles
    • Clear 12 oz. plastic glasses for iced tea
    • Stainless and glass salt & pepper shakers on all guest tables
    • Chafing dishes and all utensils
    • Fancy samovars for coffee and iced tea buffet
    For Buffet Service --- Nature Coast Catering will set up a beverage table, serve and clear salads, assist guests through buffet line, clear tables, and set out dessert.

    For Sit-Down Service --- Nature Coast Catering will serve and clear salads, the entrée, and dessert.  Each table will have a butter dish, bread basket, fresh cut lemons, plastic coffee cups, plastic tea cups, coffee creamers, and sugar. We’ll maintain the hot coffee servers and iced tea pitchers throughout your party.

    Prices do not include:

    • 20% service
    • 6.5% sales tax
    • 10% Outdoor Events
    • 5% or $50 (whichever is less) Travel Fee for distances of 50 miles or greater
    Complete china service (including china cups & saucers, glass salad & dessert plates and glass iced tea glasses) as well as wine or champagne glasses are available for a surcharge.
